Linnea McCosh

MS, LAMFT

Therapist

Linnea (she/her) aims to cultivate a safe and welcoming place where you are free to process and navigate your experiences. She is deeply passionate about working with clients with various different backgrounds and experiences. While she primarily works with adolescent clients, she has experience working with clients of all ages. As part of her relational therapy approach, she also incorporates couples and families into her practice. She has experience working with issues such as eating disorders, anxiety, depression, bipolar, stress, gender, sexuality, relationships, and obsessive-compulsive disorder.

Linnea received her M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Lee University in Tennessee, where she lived for six years. She uses a range of interventions depending on the individual needs of each client and what will help them in their unique healing process, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT).

Outside of work, Linnea enjoys exploring different coffee shops and restaurants with her husband. (She would consider herself a foodie.) Otherwise, she dabbles in yoga, reading, walking her dog Kimchi, and spending time with those she loves.
