Dr. Lauren Moody (she/her) is a licensed clinical psychologist that specializes in the treatment of disordered eating and clinical eating disorders in adults. She also has experience working with individuals with anxiety and mood disorders. Dr. Moody has provided treatment in both individual and group settings and utilizes evidence-based approaches, primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She also has experience with the facilitation of therapeutic meals.

Dr. Moody completed an APA accredited predoctoral internship in a private practice with the Mid Atlantic Internship Consortium. She completed her postdoctoral fellowship at The Emily Program in St. Paul, Minnesota, where she worked with adults with eating disorders in a partial-hospitalization program (PHP), as well as at the outpatient level of care. Following her postdoctoral fellowship, she continued with The Emily Program and served as the program coordinator/lead therapist of one of the adult partial-hospitalization programs. Dr. Moody received her M.A. in Psychology from The New School for Social Research in New York City and her Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
