At Meridian University, Jason earned an MA degree in Counseling Psychology. He utilizes an integrated, eclectic theoretical approach to support the development of resilience, psychological flexibility, and depth. He believes a strong container, the therapeutic relationship, is vital to support each client’s inner work. As perspectives shift, understanding emerges, and inherent wisdom arises he strives to support each client to embrace their own unfolding.
His personal experience with both addiction and eating disorders and subsequent experience in the practice of self-reflection and inquiry deeply informs his work with others. He has over ten years of experience working in a myriad of roles, serving both across cultures and a diverse population of adults and children presenting with a wide array of mental health challenges. He is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Minnesota and working towards licensure in the state of Wisconsin.
