I hope to provide the space for you to feel the intensity of the human experience alongside the support of a committed professional. Come as you are and we can use all the creative skills and talents you already possess to work together toward healing. I often use humor in building relationships and find that it can foster resilience in the face of pain. I have a passion for the working with LGBTQ+ community, unhoused folks, and those who experience chronic suicidality. I work from a trauma-informed and connection-centered lens, that considers systemic oppression and how it may affect mental health. Through my work at the Partial Hospitalization and Inpatient levels of care, I have gained specific experience with behavioral methods in the treatment of depression and anxiety, co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, and the diagnostic assessment of children & adolescents.
