Gabrielle B. Anderson (she/her) is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Medical Family therapist. She works full-time as a Clinical Supervisor lead for Gather Behavioral Health seeing Outpatient clients. She is also a Board approved LMFT Clinical Supervisor in the state of Minnesota and Wisconsin. Gabrielle has a passion for working with patients diagnosed with Eating Disorders and co-occurring illnesses. Her Medical Family Therapy certificate prepared her to work holistically with patients with co-occurring psychiatric diagnosis and chronic and terminal illnesses as well. She practices from a Bio-Psycho-social- Spiritual lens to provide quality systemic care. Gabrielle is a crazy cat lady with three fur babies named Felix, Paisley, and Luna. She is married to her husband Eric and they reside in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Gabrielle is originally from Nebraska and is licensed there, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. Historically Gabrielle worked with children and teens in the foster care and juvenile justice system as well as supporting foster parents with trainings and in home therapeutic support. She transitioned to working with teens and adults only while working at CHI Immanuel in Nebraska to help patients coping with severe and pervasive mental illnesses. Upon moving to Minnesota, Gabrielle worked a year at the Alzheimer’s Association and provided care consultation as well as consulted at the Neuroscience center in St. Paul, Minnesota working with families after receiving a Dementia diagnosis to help support them with education, support, and next steps with care for their loved one. Gabrielle then transitioned to The Emily Program and began only working with adults through individual, couples or family therapy. Gabrielle is now a Clinical Service Lead at Gather Behavioral health and will be opening a clinic in Eau Claire, Wisconsin to extend our service reach.
Gabrielle has a Master of Science degree from the University of Nebraska- Lincoln and received her Certificate in Medical Family Therapy from the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC). Gabrielle utilizes CBT, CBT-E, DBT, and Systems theories to provide quality support to patients to aide in their recovery journey.
