Emily Stephenson

Emily Stephenson (she/her) is currently licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Wisconsin and is working to obtain licensure in Minnesota. Her therapeutic approach is one of warmth and inclusivity. She tends to work from a person-centered, strengths-based lens and believes her clients have and/or can develop the internal resources needed for a healthier and more fulfilling life. Emily implements an eclectic therapeutic approach with an emphasis on mindfulness and sensorimotor techniques.

Emily earned her master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. She enjoys reading and learning, watching new movies and documentaries, and participating in local theater.
