I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who specializes in partnering with individuals, couples, and families to work toward healing from eating disorders (including ARFID) and other related or co-occurring mental health and emotional concerns. I am IFS level 1 trained and use an eclectic blend of internal family systems, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), person-centered therapy, embodiment practices, and mindfulness-based practices in session, depending on each individual’s needs. I have experience working at inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization levels of care, as well as experience working with families with DFCS involvement and children in the foster care system.
I am deeply grateful for each opportunity I get to partner with an individual, couple, or family in their journey toward hope, healing, and a relationship with their body characterized by kindness, empathy, listening, and understanding. I can’t wait to work with you.
I have a professional interest in embodiment practices in the treatment of mental health conditions, eating disorders in adults, yoga in the treatment of eating disorders, DBT, and internal family systems.
