Jesse (they/them) is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work from Minnesota State University, Mankato and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Metropolitan State University. Jesse is an energetic, responsive, and compassionate therapist who enjoys leveraging the joy and openness that creativity, movement, and somatic therapies offer both individual and group therapy. They work alongside clients toward their goals to help create lasting change in their lives and restoration to harmony and balance. By creating a safe space where individuals and groups can be vulnerable and honest, Jesse empowers clients to develop more self-compassion and confidence.

Jesse moved from Navajo Nation to the Midwest as a teenager and has lived in Minnesota since 2008. Jesse lives with their partner in Minneapolis, enjoys making art, and loves the sunny summer and spring hiking Minnesota has to offer.
